2023 IACP Cookbook Awards Finalists

2023 IACP Cookbook Awards Finalists

2022 was a blockbuster year for amazing cookbooks. And while there are a ton of cookbook awards given out each year, some of the most prestigious awards are given by the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP). IACP is a member organization for folks in food media, cookbook writing, book design, and publishing.  This makes the IACP awards a bit like the Oscars, I guess?

Per the IACP website, "IACP Cookbook Awards honor the authors, publishers, and other contributors behind the best cookbooks published each year. Our program requires multi-step, rigorous recipe testing in all relevant awards categories. Awards are given in 15 categories, and one cookbook will be selected by our Executive Committee Members as the IACP Book of the Year"  All category finalists were announced in early August and the final awards will be handed out during the IACP Summit on September 29th. See if your favorites are on the list!
