Shipping Policy

What are my shipping options?

In general, we ship via USPS Media Mail for standard shipping, so that we can maintain lower shipping costs for you.  The USPS estimates this between 1-9 days for West Coast delivery from our Durham, North Carolina shop.

If you need to have your book delivered faster than media email, we also offer other shipping services, such as expedited shipping which is USPS Priority 1-2 Business Days.

Shipping cutoff times

Since we are a small shop, we generally ship on Mondays, Wednesday, Fridays, and Saturdays.  Between November 15th and December 24th, we ship daily.  Local deliveries are made on Friday afternoons, with the exception of holiday deliveries or special release days for highly anticipated titles (we will contact you ahead of time when a delivery day is not on a Friday).

Any orders received on Tuesday, Thursday, or after 12pm EST will be shipped the following business day.

Expedited orders ship next day as long as received by 6pm EST.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

You will receive a shipment notification email once your order has shipped.  The email will contain tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

International Orders

At this time we only ship to the United States.  No international orders will be accepted.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO?

Yes, we can ship to military customers.
