Shop Notes:

A great little cookbook that focuses on the first things we sip and nibble at parties (or on a Friday night when a full meal isn't wanted or needed).  The recipes are classic Junior League, delicious and simple to prepare.  Suggested party menus are include in the back for those who need a little inspiration or guidance.

About the Author:

The Junior League of Greensboro, North Carolina, Inc. is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.  They have been active in the Triad area of North Carolina since the 1930s, working with the Women's College (now UNCG) for speakers, theater projects and training programs on topics such as sociology, welfare, American work conditions and children's theater.

Release Date: 1986

Condition: Good, some age discoloration on inside cover due to age.  A single recipe has been torn out and some dog ears throughout.  Text is otherwise clean and binding is in excellent shape. This is a great cookbook to cook from.
