A fascinating vegetarian Russian Orthodox Catholic Church Cookbook from Ipswich, Mass.  It's reminds me of a Mediterranean take on the Moosewood cookbook, with the addition of many warm comfort spices featured in Eastern European cuisine.  In it are recipes for Lenten Perogi [sic] featuring sauerkraut, Lenten Vareniki with potatoes and kasha, Split Pea and Barley Soup, Tofu Burgers, Cornbean Pie, and all kinds of other wonderful and healthy dishes.

Condition: Very good, pages are clean and ink is bright.  Previous owner's notes are present on inside front cover.  Light wear on cover edges.
