Baking with Dorie
I'm not sure that Dorie Greenspan has ever published even an "average" cookbook. Every single one I've ever seen has been a winner ten times over. Her recipes are simple, delicious, and reliable in a way that only Ina Garten can match.
For those of you who do not share the same cookbook obsession I do and are looking for a good, useful encyclopedia of baking recipes that cross genres and regions, aren't too cheffy, and will still make you look like a rockstar in the kitchen, this what you've been looking for.
